Week 17 Recap: Second-Half Goals Secure Win For Binghampton

BUFFALO, NY (July 8, 2024) - It didn't not look good early in the first half for Binghamton FC. 

Trailing 2-0 after just 30 minutes, Zachary Dann scored before halftime and Braedon Morrison and Julio Pertuz added goals in the second half as Binghamton FC came from beghind to defeat Sahara Gunners FC 3-2 in a NISA Nation Western N.Y. Region match at Adams Field on Sunday, July 7.

It's the fourth consecutive victory for Binghamton FC (5-2-1 overall), which remains one point behind Roc City Boom in the Western N.Y. Region. 

On Saturday, two first-half goals from Emmanuel Belliard and Cole Stephens were enough as United Elite Krajisnik FC earned a 2-1 win over FC Dutchmen Independence at Mohonasen High School in Schenectady, NY.

Also on Sunday, three different players scored two goals apiece at Roc City Boom grabbed a 6-0 win over Gaffer City FC at East Rocherster High School.
